As a photographer or creator, it isn’t always easy finding that perfect location to bring your vision to life. Our hope is that this space becomes a place you can feel at home, dream up new ideas, and create freely for yourself and your clients. VIA studios is available to rent for photographers and content creators.
$75 per hour
SEASONAL INSTALLS
At Via Studios, we will have different floral and creative installations throughout the year. Want to plan ahead? Check out what we are planning for 2024!
Monthly Rental
10 hours of rental time per month, used in any increments. Full access to any studio amenities and extras, including lighting.

A little about the studio
1200 sq.ft natural light studio space
Via Studios is a 1,200 sq. ft. Natural light studio with east facing windows. The morning provides magical highlights steaming through the windows, casting dynamic and interesting light patterns across the back wall. Early afternoon and evenings is a beautiful soft light across the entire studio. You can’t go wrong any time of day.
Backdrops
There are an array of both paper backdrops and hand painted, textured canvas backdrops. C- stands and a traditional backdrop stand are located in the studio for easy assembly of the backdrops.
Furniture
Trying to make a statement? The orange velvet sofa is a MUST.
A large inventory of furniture lives at the studio for your use. Pops of color or neutrals, we will have you covered.
Equipment
We have C- Stands, backdrops stands, light stands, 2 reflectors and V- Flats available for use.

The fridge is stocked with waters and beverages you and your clients are welcome to during your rental.
Easy Access from the highway and easy parking
2 turns off the highway and you are at the studio door! The studio has plenty of free parking and is easy to access from the highway. No hassle driving downtown while still being downtown.
